Exchange and Return Policy

If you wish to return your shipment:

You can certainly request a return as long as the shipment is intact, in its original condition, and undamaged. You can do so through the contact channels listed at the bottom of the store.

When a customer wishes to return one or more products after receiving their order, they will be responsible for a 20 SAR shipping fee. If the return is sent via a shipping company, an additional 20 SAR shipping fee will be charged. These fees will be deducted from the customer's refund or added to their store balance for future use.
Q: How long is the allowed timeframe for exchanging/returning a damaged product? A: You can exchange/return the product within 7 days of purchase. The exchange/return process may take up to 5 business days for Riyadh and up to 10 business days for other regions. Q: During the return process, how can I get a refund? A: The refund will be processed after we receive the damaged product and verify its condition. The amount will then be transferred to your account immediately. Your satisfaction is our goal.
